The amenities were wonderful. Pool and facilities outstanding.
What everyone always wants - for it to be less costly. However, you get what you pay for.

Thank you for the very relaxing stay. Impressive pet-friendly place, it has perfect location close enough to the city centre, the restaurant and the communal areas. The service is excellent, includes free parking.

Dinner in the restaurant - small portions but excellent quality. Bar staff were great! Balcony area was lovely, just a shame didnt get to sit out due to the weather. Only 10 minutes walk to centre of town.
Reception staff could be happier and more customer focussed. The room was extremely hot and I would recommend a top sheet as well as just providing a duvet. Very stingey with milk portions left in the room for coffee/tea making. I was also slightly disappointed to get a twin room rather than the king size bed.

Breakfast very good. Public areas and gardens good. Room o.k. Bed very comfortable.
Corridors to rooms away from public areas in need of redecoration. Cost of drinks at the bar and restaurant extremely expensive. Old poor quality TV in room.

Lovely large room. Good selection for breakfast. Good parking facilities.
The television controls were not intuitive or easy to use. We were constantly interrupted by someone in the main controls flicking around with the channels, thus overriding our selection (in this case, a sports channel). We had specifically asked for a double, and NOT a twin, room. We had even received email confirmation that this was noted by Booked.net as well as the hotel. We were disappointed to find upon our arrival that twins beds had been put in instead of a double. And due to the popularity of the hotel, no other suitable rooms were available. Thus, we were forced to use this twin room instead of a double as requested.

It's well appointed and good modern hotel with expert staff in asked Receptionist. The property has a good and beautiful location, next to the town center, the centre and the restaurants and bar. The place to order lunch a 10-15 minute walk from the property is Rockpool.
Views are not so great.

The Executive King Room offered a huge bed and a relaxing ambiance. Really good service at check-in included a complimentary whiskey and a room upgrade. Breakfast featured the best smoked salmon and scrambled eggs I've ever had. Some noise from the adjoining rooms could be heard, and parking was limited during peak hours, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

We were upgraded to a de-luxe room, which was really nice, we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and steam room and the breakfast was really good.
